The interior has been painted, floors refinished with wood, and most curtains and cushions replaced. All shag carpet has been ripped out!
It's got a working fridge, stove, oven, propane heater, electric heater and a/c, hot water heater, microwave, water pump, and bathroom with full separate shower. 1 queen size bed, 2 twin bed cubbies, and the table/bench seats convert into another sleeping area. Legally drives 7 at a time!
The engine is in good shape, and it has a newish () car battery. It's in good mechanical shape except for needing a new steering box if you're going to be on a longer trip, and brake pads are at 25%. Tires are also in great shape (they were bought around ).
Propane system was inspected in when I got it. Windows are all sealed since. Roof was sealed as well. Most older RVs have leaking roofs, windows, and propane lines, dry cracked hoses, fridges that leak coolant, broken awnings, and dry rotted tires. This one doesn't!
I find you can run the "household" battery for about 3 days on one charge if you're mindful. I have a step-down cord so you can plug it into a 15 amp household outlet to charge it (without it's 30 amp service). The stove, fridge and heater run on propane so you don't have to always be tied to the grid. It's also stocked full of dishes in case you didn't want to have to do that.
